I used to shop there. Not anymore. According to today's news this crap store funds hate and insurrections.
I don’t understand why if it says express line 10 items or fewer, there still going through the line with full cars making others customers with one or two items wait for a very long time, this fewer item lines should be removed or honored on my opinion.
This happened at this location:
7800 Lake Wilson Rd
Davenport, FL 33896

I can provide photo if need it.

I purchased an ebay gift card since I ended not using it I went to publix supermarket in westchase on linebaugh with the receipt and untouched or used gift card to return it the store manager told me that they do not accept returns on gift cards they sell sounds like a scam
In the crowded world of grocery stores, Publix stands out as an exceptional and consistent store. We use the Cumming Ga stores on Castleberry and the Free Home store on highway 20. They are always clean, well stocked, and a pleasant place to shop. Kroger is always super crowded with a more rough crowd, and other stores are either dark and in need of refreshing, or push their own brands too much (Ingles). My only complaint is their recent installation of self service lines while restricting regular check out to one open lane. If you pay me I might do it, but I'll go somewhere else before I do their job. The worse for this is Walmart. Tons of workers standing around chit chatting while customers wait in one long line or do it yourself. Please Publix keep your primary method of checkout full service.
I shopped at Publix for 20 years. Recently because they refused to substitute an equal item for an advertised sale item they were out of so I thought I would have my order delivered by instacart from Aldis. First I noticed the quality of the produce was better at Aldis. I printed out the list of my order with prices and went to Publics website and wrote down the prices of the same items on the paper. When I compared the total prices I found that Aldis was 45% cheaper on the total. I save between $50 and $75 dollars a week shopping at Aldis.
I love my Publix on Tiny Town Rd. I went in to pick up a prescription and it was very expensive. The pharmacist put a coupon in for me to get my script down $53 cheaper. She went above and beyond. I had at least four people ask me how I was and if I needed any help!! Great customer service!! Over and beyond!!
Anytime you go to the deli and Jodie makes your sandwich it will be just right! If they dont have something she will kindly let you know. Shes amazing and should be training the others. This is for publix on new hope road.
What is Publix's Pharmacy policy on filling prescriptions send from doctor's office for patient being discharged from hospital after surgery? Today after doctors office sent prescription to Davenport Pubix directly across the street from the hospital, went to p/u, directly after leaving hospital about hour and half later was told be 6:00 PM before ready. Twenty minutes later received text from Publix Pharmacy at 5:09 pm prescriptions ready. New Publix Pharmacy Customer.

Getting sick of Publix west commons in winter garden.
They love putting a sign on the door that says mask required but every time I’m in there I’m dodging maskless morons everywhere I look.
Either enforce your “so called” policy or take the sign off and put another up that says super spreader free for all inside.
Management needs to grow a set and enforce their own rules or stop pretending they actually have rules.
COUPONERS GET DESCRIMINATED AGAINIST AT THIS STORE! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY GET CALLED A THEIF! ALSO, TOLD ME I WAS HUMAN TRAFFICKING COUPONS (IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW THAT CAN HAPPEN... PLEASE EXPLAIN BECAUSE I HAVENT HEARD OF SUCH. LOL). THE LIST GOES ON. THE STORY I AM ABOUT TO SHARE IS SORT OF LONG. BUT, DEFINITELY WORTH READING. ESPECIALLY, IF YOU ARE A COUPONER, BECAUSE I DONT WISH MY EXPERIENCE ON ANYONE!
I am fairly new to couponing (only been doing it for 3 months). And was at Publix yesterday doing so. I was there for several hours and tried my best to get done on time while my 4 year old had a sitter. I didn't get done before they closed. Since they closed at early due to the weather. I asked if they could keep my cart till they open. They said they would.
I got the an hour after. I had left some coupons in the cart. By accident but I had it sorted and some coupons but they're just to remind me I had a digital or I had a store coupon on it not probably the best method but my method since I'm still learning. Anyways they went through all the coupons in my items in the buggy and they told me I couldn't use some coupons for various reasons like expired or some cut. Remind you I had left them on there on accident my coupon binder was with me in my divider was with me. Also remind you that that's why I left the buggy cuz I wasn't done cuz I was making sure I had everything good. They have previously let me use expired coupons. I had ask different employees making sure it was ok?!
Anyways I was there for several more hours get everything I needed. And making sure the coupons are right. While I was there the manager came up to me and was like oh you still here we need to put you on payroll hahaha like she was joking, but she was really coming to talk to me so we talked she gave me some pointers I took notes. Really taking in what she was telling me since I thought she was actually genuinely trying to help me. Or after about if she meets competitors advertisement on gift cards like target has a gift card. She told me no, by the way her name was Casi. So I told him cigarette and get the screenshot on their coupon policy saying Publix does. (Seemsvto me if she was trying to help. She wouldn't of lied to me.) After that, an older gentleman around his 60s (in the baby section with no cart just looking at baby stuff.) I knew he was just coming to investigate, but I had nothing to hide. Due to I WASN'T DOING ANYTHING WRONG. He goes up to me and goes what in the world's going on here. No more was up I was like I'm just trying to coupon. Get a good price. Then he said what do you do with all the stuff. I told him I donate. Told him about my plans on going to make basket for the elderly at the nursing homes and let my 4 year old pass them out to the ones who don't have family or the ones that would get filled with joy by receiving one. Also, helping my family means everything to me. He was like where is the food? I replied by telling him I get it last because I don't want the refrigerated stuff to get hot, since it takes me so long (still learning). Plus, I want to make sure everything is right.
Well, I go to checkout. I was planning on getting the manager to do the gift cards. Figuring it if she's going to tell me no then they didn't train their employees had how to do it. She told the cashier to go to the other register and she would take care of me. She starts to ring up my coupons. Of course, there is a problem with one of their coupons. Saying I didnt get enough to get credit for the coupons. At this time, I was completely positive they don't want my business. Thinking of walking out at this point because of the way they were treated me. So much a heart can take. I deal with severe depression and couponing is on thing that helps me cope.
Anyways, my character wouldn't let me. I wasn't breaking any
Of their store policy. I wasn't breaking the law. The only thing I am guilty of is being there to long (making sure no coupon was expire, it's was the right size etc. I knew they were going to examine everyone coupon) Which I check, there is nothing is Publix's rules or guidelines saying I couldn't. Well, I had to go through my grocery bags and show her every item. Then she says some of them don't qualify. I had to explain to her they did qualify pointing at the ounces and brand. Exactly what the coupon said the qualify items were for. THEN, she said I was only allowed eight items. What? Explaining I am only allowed 8 of the same coupons. On the coupon it said 3 of when you by 2. So, I had 16 items for 8 coupons. It was fruit snacks. Not toilet paper, milk of anything like that. She, got another coupon looked at it went through the screen. Scanned it. Pick up the next coupon same coupon as before. Started going through the screen. Really, I am sure when you just went through the screen you could notice I had the several of the same thing. Think she scanned like 2 or more. And said that was all of the coupons. And put ...
Your organic celery hearts are terrible.
